Mechanisms for evaluating mission beliefs and goals
Mission , beliefs and goals are scrutinised on a rotational basis by the Academy's stakeholder advisory committee. An Iwi representative will complete an annual cultural audit. An annual climate survey will be completed to monitor staff perceptions of management.
After audit, a report will be prepared which identifies any areas where changes are needed to meet the requirements of the quality management systems, and suggests modifications. The report will include an action plan.
Regular external audits are conducted by NZQA
